Ordering is done in several steps. There is nothing complicated, you just need to fill out the form. Pay attention to the required fields: we ask for this information not out of curiosity, but to ensure the correct processing of your order and prompt delivery.
For those who do not like filling out forms and prefer live human interaction, our Phone Order Service is available. For those who prefer to be called back at a specified time to place an order, there is a Call Back service on the website, which can be used on the product page.
Upon receiving the order, our sales representative will contact you at the provided phone number to confirm everything and clarify the delivery time. After that, our courier will come to you to deliver the order and accept payment.
For non-cash payments (not available in all regions), our sales representative will send you an invoice for the selected items. The invoice must be paid within three banking days, after which the order will be sent to you with the courier.
