The warranty period for glass hardware is determined by the manufacturer (from 1 year to 2 years depending on the manufacturer).
Goods of proper quality received by the Buyer are not subject to return or exchange.
Warranty service is not provided in the following cases:
- In case of violation of operating rules or failure to timely inform the Contractor's service department about malfunctions or defects that led to the breakdown of glass structures or structural elements;
- If glass structures or structural elements show signs of attempts at unqualified installation;
- If the defect is caused by a change in the design not provided for in the Contract or by the installation of mechanisms not approved by the Contractor;
- If the defect is caused by force majeure, accidents, intentional or negligent actions of the Customer or third parties (door break-in, clogging of technological holes, key damage, emergency door opening by uncertified specialists, etc.);
- If damage is found caused by the entry of foreign objects, substances, liquids, insects into the structural elements;
- In case of repeated failure to comply with the recommendations of the service specialist to eliminate the causes contributing to the failure of nodes and mechanisms of structural elements.
The warranty does not apply to the product or its parts that have failed due to the following reasons:
- Independent or unauthorized repair of the product and/or use of spare parts not related to the equipment of this product and use of low-quality consumables, as well as installation of mechanisms or devices not provided for by the design of this product;
- Mechanical and chemical damage;
- Natural wear and tear of the product and its components (seals, gaskets);
- Malfunctions caused by irregular technical maintenance;
- In case of application of a chemical liquid containing acid to the surface, as this may change the properties of the material and cause its destruction. We strongly recommend using only special alcohol-based products designed for treating such surfaces to maintain the high quality and durability of our product.
