Orders ship from our warehouses in Dallas, TX and South El Monte, CA to any address in the United States. After you place an order, our manager confirms availability, chooses the carrier and quotes the shipping cost.

The carrier depends on the size and weight of the package:

• Standard boxes (hinges, clamps, handles, seals and other parcel-size items) — UPS, FedEx or OnTrac (OnTrac serves the Western states).
• Oversized freight (long profiles, sliding door systems, headers and other large pieces) — Daylight, Estes, J.B. Hunt or DHE.

For non-cash payments we send an invoice for the selected items. The invoice must be paid within three banking days, after which the order is prepared for shipment.

Yes. Regular and wholesale customers can get a discount of 18%, 23% or 28% depending on their monthly purchase volume. The final terms are approved individually by our management — see Discount System or contact your manager.

The warranty period for glass hardware is set by the manufacturer and ranges from 1 to 2 years. It does not cover damage caused by improper installation, mechanical or chemical damage, or natural wear of seals and gaskets. Products of proper quality are not subject to return or exchange.

The shade of finished hardware may vary slightly between items and production batches. This is a normal result of the multi-stage finishing process and is not considered a defect.
